Day 8 - Short and Sweet

So I stepped on the scale today and had lost .6 of a lb.  I wish it would have been more but I will take anything that is in the opposite direction.

This post will be short and sweet because I am frustrated and tired.  Frustrated from house hunting not going so well and when I have calmed down I will write about it.  I see this blog becoming not just about my weight loss but about my life.  So I hope you don't mind that I share.

I did get up and go to the gym today.  I did intervals on the treadmill for 30 minutes.  It felt good to workout.  I also climbed the stairs once.

Breakfast:  1/2 scoop NuPlus, 1/2 packet strawberry Vitashake, 1 packet rasberry Fotune Delight, water and a few drops of Sunnydew.  I forgot frozen fruit and Vitajuice today so it wasn't as filling or as good as my normal shake.  Metashapers, metaboosters, quinary.  And Mint Calli.

Snack:  Sunbar (fruit)

Lunch:  Okay to today I went to Mozart Cafe (a jewish and kosher restaurant).  One of the owners, Aviram (who is also nice looking), directed me to a grilled portobello panini (grilled portobello, pesto sauce, and feta cheese).  It was amazingly good.  And the small salad with dressing was yummy.  I will be back.  Metashapers, metaboosters, quinary.

Snack:  Sunbar (fruit)

Dinner:  Brown Rice, Mixed Veggies with Dr. Chens secret sauce.  Some leftover salmon salad, mixed fruit.  Yes a big dinner but I was hungry because I also did a body wrap after work (burning up to 1,400 calories).  Metashapers, metaboosters, quinary.

Drank 96 oz of Fortune Delight plus 1 vile of Evergreen and 1/4 of a vile of electrosport.  Plus 26 oz of water while I had my body wrap.
